01.How do Vizzy's hiring campaigns work?
At any stage of the application process, you can ask your candidates to create and submit a Vizzy profile which they can access via a unique url. You can then screen, shortlist, share, even anonymise any aspect of the Vizzy profile using our tools. Use our out-of-the-box solution or integrate with your ATS. You can choose whether you'd like your jobs to appear on Vizzy's central jobs board for Vizzy members to discover and apply to directly.
02.Can I customise the candidate experience?
Yes, you can welcome applicants with your very own candidate landing page to kickstart the Vizzy experience, featuring your own employer brand content and imagery. You can add your own pre-requisite, marketing research, and EDI questions. You can determine which criteria in the profiles is optional, required, or removed entirely. All on a role by role basis. You can add your own application questions on a role by role basis for candidates to answer, and how they should be answered (e.g, mandatory video, or PDF etc).
03.Does Vizzy integrate with ATS?
Yes, we integrate! Import jobs and job details from your ATS into Vizzy for speedy campaign creation. Upon submission, candidate profiles will be available to view in both Vizzy and in your ATS, as well as the Vizzy shortlisting status. Currently we integrate with: SAPSuccessfactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, Bullhorn, Workable, Ashby and SmartRecruiters. We are adding new integrations all the time, and additional custom features are available upon request.
04.How do Vizzy's private communities work?
Invite your team into a private Vizzy community where you can see one another's profiles, organise them into groups, search for key skills, and host internal job opportunities they can apply to. Amazing for teams to learn more about each other, build a data base of skills and boost internal hiring. Vizzy communities is also ideal for employability initiatives who are looking to showcase their talent pool to their business partners.
05.How is Vizzy priced?
Organisations pay an annual subscription to access the Vizzy platform and suite of tools. Credits can then be purchased based on the number of jobs and/or the size of community a business requires. There are also a selection of bolt-ons to supercharge your Vizzy campaigns such as accessing the wider Vizzy talent pool. Please ask your Vizzy rep for more info.
06.Can Vizzy be used globally?
Yes, Vizzy is available globally. Vizzy is also available in over 60 languages including Hindi, Chinese, and Arabic. Vizzy is currently used across the UK, Europe, North America, South America, Asia, UAE, and KSA.
07.Does Vizzy have any features to boost accessibility?
Yes, accessibility is a priority for Vizzy. With over 20 accessibility profiles available, the Vizzy platform is built to suit a variety of viewing preferences including but not limited to ADHA, Dyslexia, colour blind, and epilepsy. You can explore these features by clicking the accessibility widget in the bottom left corner of the screen (the little person icon).
08.Is Vizzy just for creative roles?
No! Vizzy is used across a variety of roles within businesses from finance and data to legal, engineering and HR, tech, marketing, design and so on. People want a better way to express who they are and what they can do - regardless of discipline.
09.Can candidates add video to their applications?
Yes, candidates can add video, PDFs, images, text, and weblinks to their profiles. You can also dictate how you want candidates to answer each custom application questions such as making video, weblink, or PDF mandatory. For example, 'Please upload a 60 second video explaining why you're the one for us'.
10.What screening and scoring tools does Vizzy have?
Any aspect of the Vizzy profile can be anonymised / hidden, for example you can remove names, pronouns and profile pictures etc. Recruiters can score candidate profiles based on their bespoke criteria and brand values. Recruiters can use Vizzy's filtering tools to search based on certain criteria and save these searches. Recruiters can shortlist candidates as 'Yes', 'No', 'Maybe'; recruiters can add notes, and profiles can be shared with hiring managers without needing to access the Vizzy environment.
11.Do candidates have to create a new profile for every application?
No, as long as the candidate logs in with the same email address, their Vizzy profile will be automatically re-loaded for each application.
12.Can I discover talent on Vizzy?
Vizzy's Explore feature enables businesses to search our talent pool and invite individuals to apply to jobs. You can choose whether you would like to add your jobs onto the Vizzy jobs board to be discovered by other Vizzy members. Access to the Vizzy talent pool requires an additional subscription.
